How it works

You sign up once: your trades, where you work, and your licenses and insurance.
We send you jobs: when a bid fits your trade and area, you get the scope, the requirements and the date your quote is due. Every open job is also on the Bid Board.
You quote, we bid: Maintenance 215 adds your price to its bid as the prime contractor. If we win, you do the work under a written subcontract and get paid on the terms in it.
Who it's for: Black-owned firms are especially encouraged to quote. All qualified firms are welcome, and every quote is judged on price, licensing and ability to do the work.
